Competitive Development is an OVC program to provide players the opportunity to be given high-level and intense progression training. We offer two pathways:

• Technical - Focuses on building the core foundations expected for competitive gameplay.
• Positional - Focuses on learning the theory and practical application of a selected position (e.g. Setter, Middle, etc.). To ensure quality learning, the positional program is offered in dedicated 5-week blocks and participants are expected to attend all sessions.

⚠️Requirements to participate:
  - All players must meet the skill requirements for their session. Please review the OVC skill definitions (https://www.outreachvolleyball.org.au/skill-level-grades).
  - To move into a higher-level session, players must receive approval from a coach or coordinator.
  - Minimum age to participate is 15 years old. Special exceptions may apply for players aged 12–14 — please contact us at enquiries@outreachvolleyball.org.au
