KEY DATES:
Early Bird Discount End: Saturday, 15 November
Registration Close Date: Saturday, 29 November
Match Fixture Schedule Release: Saturday, 6 December

TIME: 8:30AM to 6:30PM (times will vary based on team schedules)
**All teams will be scheduled in the following order: 2 matches, 2-hour break, 2 matches, 1 or 2-hour break, medal match.

DIVISIONS:
Division 1 (235cm high net) - Open Mixed Height
Division 2 (235cm high net) - Open Mixed Height
Division 3 (235cm high net) - Open Mixed Height
Division 4 (235cm high net) - Open Mixed Height
**Please be aware that you may be moved to a different division based on team skill level. All participating players are expected to have volleyball experience.

FORMAT:
- Round-robin tournament with five matches per team. Each game is best of three (25 points per set), or to the 50-minute time-limit (teams will play at most two consecutive matches),
- Warm-ups will be provided before each game.
- Players will not be required to do any court duty
- Air conditioning provided all day

CHRISTMAS PERKS:
- All day free lolly stations for players and spectators.
- Photographer to take team photos.

PAYMENT:
- Early bird discount: $515
- Payment after 15 November: $565
**Full Refunds will be provided to teams who do not receive a spot.
**Teams requesting withdrawal from the tournament after Saturday 29 November will not be entitled to full refunds. Refer to payment guideline policies.
